Every project is unique.
From our offices in Wānaka and Christchurch, we work with clients across the South Island and beyond, delivering successful projects in Wānaka, Queenstown, Dunedin, Invercargill, Christchurch, Auckland and the West Coast.
Our company is led by Paul Rae and Kim Smythe, both highly experienced Registered Quantity Surveyors and Engineers to the Contract. With backgrounds spanning commercial construction, consultancy, and private practice, they bring decades of practical industry knowledge and leadership to every project.
