Constructive Consultants provided comprehensive Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the delivery of Foxglove Lodge, a spectacular 720 m² luxury residence completed to an exceptional standard. From the earliest stages of project conception through to final completion, our team worked closely with the client, consultants, and contractors to ensure the project was successfully delivered in line with the design vision, budget, and programme expectations.

Designed by Mason & Wales Architects and constructed by Christie Brothers Building, the lodge showcases a refined blend of natural materials and high-end craftsmanship. The extensive use of locally inspired stonework, cedar cladding, and premium hardwood finishes has created a timeless architectural statement that sits beautifully within its surrounding landscape.

Throughout the project, Constructive Consultants managed all aspects of cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and project coordination, helping navigate the complexities of a large-scale bespoke build while maintaining quality and attention to detail at every stage.
