A beautiful high-end wellness retreat in the rejuvenated north-east corner of the Christchurch CBD, where curves and feature archways meet earthy limewash finishes, hidden feature lighting, a glowing Himalayan salt wall and beautifully crafted timber throughout.
Constructive Consultants provided full estimating, quantity surveying, design and construction management, building consenting and compliance services for O-Studio, a high-end wellness retreat in the rejuvenated north-east corner of the Christchurch CBD. From first-principles costing through to final compliance sign-off, our Christchurch team led every phase of this detail-rich fitout.
The completed studio is a place to truly relax, unwind and rediscover serenity. Curves and feature archways run throughout the space, complemented by earthy limewash finishes, hidden feature lighting and soft furnishings, a glowing feature Himalayan salt wall, and beautifully crafted timber finishes.
A fitout of this complexity relied on getting the specialist work identified and priced early. Constructive worked through the specification and costings in detail with trades across the design, pricing and construction phases, and coordinated closely with the council through design, consenting and compliance, including managing amendments to keep the programme moving as the design developed on site.
Through disciplined cost management, hands-on construction oversight, and genuine care for everyone on site, the project was delivered to an exceptional standard, resulting in a refined wellness destination that has quickly become a landmark of the revitalised central-city precinct.
