Formed in 2009 Constructive Consultants has grown quickly to become a trusted & respected
provider of Quantity Surveying & Project Management Services. Based in Wanaka & Christchurch,
with a satellite office in Auckland we currently have projects in Wanaka, Queenstown, Auckland,
Invercargill, Christchurch, & the West Coast.
Led by Paul Rae, a highly experienced Registered Quantity Surveyor & a Fellow of NZIQS, with a
background in commercial construction and private practice, Paul has been involved in some of New
Zealand’s biggest and most challenging projects, and enjoys over 30 years experience.
