A four-townhouse development on a steep 842m2 site within Central Wanaka.

Constructive were employed as the lead development consultant for this project providing development advice, quantity surveying services, and project management.
As lead consultants, we worked with 360 Architecture to come up with a viable development scheme and prepare feasibility for the project.
We then managed the design team through a non-notified resource consent, building consent & engineering authority, we then negotiated a price on budget with a major Wanaka constructor and the development project was completed late 2023.
