Constructive provided project management and quantity surveying for Prophets Rock winery.

In June 2018 we received a brief to deliver a new winery and barrel hall facility, the catch was the winery had to be available in March 2019 for processing the grape harvest, with no alternative facility available.
A collaborative team was formed including getting a contractor on board. The building consent was split allowing work to start without full design in place and while a fixed price was negotiated.
Through innovation, early procurement, and collaboration, the winery was successfully delivered in March 2019 on time for grape processing with the balance of the project completed late 2019.
