Constructive were appointed project managers and worked with a BMC and Geosolve to overcome extremely poor ground conditions on this site.  Due to the complexity Constructive carried out a cost analysis and it was elected to install a gravel raft. Excavating over 900m³ and installing a raft system with multiple geotextiles layers and a subsoil drainage system meant the successful builder walked onto a clean, dry and engineered site ready for construction.
