Constructive Consultants provided comprehensive Project Management and Quantity Surveying services on this bespoke 384 m² high-end home designed to combine architectural sophistication with advanced building performance and modern living technologies.

Working alongside the client and 360 Architecture from the earliest concept stages, our team played a key role in guiding the project through feasibility, design development, procurement, and construction delivery. From the outset, the focus was on creating a home that balanced exceptional design outcomes with practical construction solutions, budget certainty, and long-term performance.

Through an extensive value engineering and developed design process, Constructive Consultants worked closely with the design team and contractor to refine detailing, construction methodology, and material selections without compromising the architectural vision. This collaborative approach enabled the successful integration of several premium features and technologies, including a warm roof system built over a lightweight steel frame structure, full home automation, solar energy systems, and photovoltaic (PV) generation.

The project required careful coordination between consultants, suppliers, and specialist subcontractors to ensure the seamless incorporation of these systems while maintaining programme and cost objectives. Our role included cost planning, tendering and procurement, contract administration, programme monitoring, and ongoing financial management throughout the construction phase.
