Constructive Consultants provided full Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for RD Petroleum's new office and warehouse facility in Invercargill, a key regional infrastructure and operations hub for the business.

Our involvement spanned the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and procurement strategy through to construction delivery and final completion. Once the contract was established, Constructive Consultants continued in a supervisory role, providing ongoing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services throughout the design development and construction phases. This included monitoring programme performance, managing cost control and variations, overseeing contract administration, and coordinating communication between the client, contractor, and design team.

Regular reporting and active site engagement ensured that key decisions were made efficiently and that the project remained aligned with the client's operational requirements for both office and warehousing functionality.
