Working closely with Mason & Wales Architects from project inception through to completion, our team managed all aspects of procurement, cost control, programme coordination, and contract administration to ensure the project was delivered seamlessly despite the challenges of remote client management.
Given the client's offshore location, clear communication, proactive reporting, and strong coordination between consultants, contractors, and suppliers were critical throughout the build process. Constructive Consultants acted as the client's on-the-ground representative, overseeing decision-making, managing project risks, and ensuring quality standards and budget expectations were maintained at every stage.
The home was designed as a refined retreat that combines timeless architectural detailing with high-end finishes and natural materials.
