Constructive were engaged as Project Managers & Quantity Surveyors for the upgrade of Edgewater Resorts entire 100 room complex including bars and restaurants.
Stage 1 was the upgrade of blocks 100, 200 & 300.
The upgrade included reconfiguration of bathrooms and kitchens, overall modernization, and upgrading of fire and acoustic ratings, & egress to meet the latest code. Substantial issues were encountered in ground conditions, along with the failure of existing construction ratings and compliance.  Constructive worked with Breen Construction & Mason & Wales and this $4m project was delivered on time ready for Christmas opening.
