Constructive provide project management services based on sound delivery and cost control techniques. Our focus tends to be client representation rather than creating another layer of administration and cost on the project.
Unlike the typical pyramid approach to consultant teams, we work alongside our fellow consultants and develop a team based on collaboration and partnership.
We encourage regular consultation through the design process and freedom to share ideas and issues, this allows regular cost control and management, and avoidance of real world construction complexities and conflicts effecting programme.
Through the preconstruction period we utilise various contractor procurement methods but focus on early contractor involvement to lock in pricing security and resources.
