In June 2018 we received a brief to deliver a new winery and barrel hall facility, the catch was the winery had to be available in March 2019 for processing the grape harvest, with no alternative facility available.
A collaborative team was formed including getting a contractor on board.
The building consent was split allowing work to start without full design in place and while a fixed price was negotiated.
Through innovation, early procurement, and collaboration, the winery was delivered in March 2019 on time and the balance of the project later that year.
