An 842m2, four townhouse development on a steep site within Central Wanaka.
Constructive were employed as a lead development consultant for this project providing development advice, quantity surveying services, and project management.
As lead consultants, we worked with 360 Architecture to come up with a viable development scheme and prepare feasibility for the project.
We then managed the design team through a non-notified resource consent, building consent & engineering authority, whilst delivering the project on budget.
We then negotiated a price on budget with a major Wanaka constructor and delivery is expected in early 2023.
